Test E Cycle

Hi All

About to embark on first test cycle - stats are 6ft 195lbs training for approx 10 years age 34.
1 - 10 weeks 500mg test e split in half - so one at the start and one almost 3days after
1 - 10 weeks 500iu HCG again split in half taken 1 day before test shot

Also have aromasin and nolvadex

will be using clomid and nolva for pct program

any feedback would be great thanks
 
Run it for 12-14 weeks if you have the gear and sides are minimal. Could always stretch it by running 400mg/week instead of 500mg.
 
I can run it 500mg to 12- 14 Ill just get some more
Also any advice on the aromasin and nova seen various dosages also for the pct can i run just nolva or should i run both? Was planning on running both
 
For 10 weeks, you probably won't need hCG, but it would be a good idea if you extend it to 15 weeks.
 
Typically for pct guys do clomid 100/50, and nolva 20/20 for weeks 16/17 if you were running a 14 week cycle. You start 2ish weeks in order for the test to clear your system.

Basically you just need to do a ton of research
And come to your own logical solutions. Not sure in the aromisin as I've only used adex for bloat. But I believe guys use it during pct....
 
thanks man the aromosin is for during the cycle i did a lot of research as it the first time and basically i need to take the hcg as well to stop any testy shrinkage
 
Goths. Keep the dose low as I think it is more potent than adex as far as suppressing estrogen. Don't want to floor it, just keep it under control
