test e cycle

I just bought 3 vials of test e and need to know what other things i should be taking with this cycle besids my creatine protein ect, and also what size needles ect and i am 6,1 165lbs was wondering if i shuld start with 500 each week of jus stick to 250?? any help would be awsome thx guys

i'd recommend getting 3ml syringes, 19 guage and 23 guage needles.

19 guage for drawing testosterone out of vial, then swap to the 23 guage for IM injection.

also alcohol swabs to clean vials before/after use and clean injection site.

Run it at 500 per week for 12 weeks, get a pct together that includes a Serm. Some might say run hcg but if u stick to 10-12 weeks u dont have to have it. Most importantly (besides SERM) Eat clean, lift heavy, and have fun.
