Test e cycle: support

Hey all, I am:
22yo
5'10"
215lb
bf roughly 11-12%.
Been training pretty hard for sports for 6-7 years
Previous cycle experience was a 6 week p-plex cycle 2 years ago.

I usually have slightly elevated bp when off cycle.
I am currently 1 week into my test e cycle at 500mg/week and my Bp already has risen a little bit and have felt a little dizzy/lethargic at times with a rapid heart beat.

I just started taking:
Hawthorne berry 4.5g
Vit C 2g
Fish oil 8g
Multivitamin
Possibly aspirin?
To help keep bp down

Are these dosages ok? And are they worth taking? Any other advice about this cycle would be greatly appreciated
Only being on a week and seeing crazy results already (vascularity, strength, endurance, and bp up) , thinking I may be sort of sensitive to test if that is possible lol

Also pct will be nolva/clomid as long as bp is in check as I hear clomid can be rough in that aspect

Pick up some Celery Seed Extract for the next two or so weeks, even continued throughout the whole cycle if you want. Thats a big dose of Hawthorn Berry, and even at a quarter to a third of that dose people see initial BP spikes (that's partially why people say to pre-load Cycle Assist and similar products) before you see any benefit.

Thank you I will look into getting some of that, do you know how to dose it?
I know the Hawthorne seemed very high, it was the recommended dosage on the bottle so I just followed it.
I was worried this weekend because my bp is usually 140/75 but on Saturday it was 191/101 (which could be off). I checked it two times today and it was back down around 146/86. All these readings were at a pharmacy with the cuff meant to fit 9-13" arms which I do not fall very close too

In the range of 75-100 mg twice daily should do the trick, as long as whichever product you pick up is close to that youll be fine. I feel you on those pharmacy ones, they're probably not all that accurate for most of the guys on here.

Since you mentioned BP is an issue for you even off cycle, it might be worth picking up one of those wrist BP monitors, the cheap ones probably aren't the most accurate either but I think you can find them in the twenty to thirty dollar range.
