Test E Cycle - Need help with HCG

What's up fella's

Just started my 12wk Test E cycle

Weeks 1-12 500mg wk straight up
Weeks 1-4 Promagnon25 50mg day just b/c I have it.
Weeks 1-12 HCG to prevent nut atrophy and for easy PCT

I have an Amp of hcg that is 5000iu's . . .

Im here to ask this ? so I get this **** right so here goes . . .

What size needle and what doseage should I use per week of HCG?
The amp needs to be filled w/ the solution and from there im not too sure.

Guys that have experience w/ HCG doseage and useage protocol Please chime in and point me in the right direction as to correct useage.

Just so you know im not a noob . . 5th inj cycle, but never used HCG. Also PCT is Nolva 40/40/30/30 w/ nat test boosters. All help is greatly appreciated.
 
Put 5ml bacteriostatic water into vial with HCG powder DO NOT SHAKE IT! Gently swirl till dissolved . Inject into muscle with insulin needle. Use 500 iu twice a week during cycle. Keep refridgerated.
