Test e + clen or winny ??

Planning on running my first cutting cycle I have some test e that I want to use up but I was debating on whether or not
To throw some clen or winny in there. My
Goals for the cycle is to get down to a lean 7 or 8% bf. I'm thinking I'll be able to preserve a good amount of muscle on 500mgs of test e but I want to get shredded up by June. My diet will be clean with high protein and at least 3200 cals. Minimum carbs. Might try the keto diet but I'm not sure yet.


Basically what I'm asking is how much would I benefit from tossing the clen or
Winny in to get shredded up for summer ?

Ehh I have a 20ml bottle of test e dosed at 300mgs/ml so I was thinking maybe 12-14 weeks. Just in a predicament whether to keep it basic and run only the test for my
First cutter or to add in some winny tabs or some
Clen..... How much do you think I'd benefit from the orals?
 
clen will work better for overall fatloss, and winny will help you "harden up" (albiet somewhat termporarily) at the end of the cycle. For general overall cutting that you plan on keeping the weight off for a while I'd lean towards clen out of those two.

Any stim not done in moderation can cause heart problems, ECA included. I'm not a fan of high doses of clen for long periods of time myself.

This is true and the studies I read we're mostly performed on animals at extremely high doses but it was still enough for me to steer clear of it. I've also heard from a company rep on another forum who got an enlarged left ventricle from running it. Regardless I think ECA is safer just in the event you do run to into bad side effects you don't have the ridiculous 36 hr half life of clen to wait through before making changes/stopping.
 
Truth, someday I'll get around to writing up my clen Protocol...

Haha well **** the clen then. it sounds better just to use the test I have to maintain the muscle mass then eca to speed up the fat burning process along with daily cardio and a good diet..... My source has winny for pretty cheap so maybe I'll throw some of that in for a few weeks at the end to see what that's all about. What are your guys experiences with winny for strength, fat loss, vascularity, hardening effect etc....I'm really hoping to get from 14% bf down to at least 8 or 9%..... Possible ?? or am I crazy lol
 
I personally used 5 cycles of clen in 2 years and I get up to 100 mcg for 6 days straight and I love it it really cuts me up and I just had my yearly check up and all is well nothing crazy from clen

Ur crazy.

10% is a good goal. If you were capable of dropping 6% BF w/ minimal to no loss in muscle mass in 12 weeks, then that would mean your diet is really, really spot on and that your cardio is ample enough throughout the routine. And if all that were the case, you wouldn't need winny or clen to begin with since your diet it gtg.

It's in the diet and cardio. 500mg test per week is enough to take advantage of. And if you wanted to cut up even further an on the cheap, I'd just increase test and throw in an AI. More fun, less sides IMO.

Dont be discouraged tho. Prove me wrong if you can! Anyways, take a look at my current log. I have a somewhat recent pic update on page 4 I think and that pic is @ 11.9%. You might not believe it, either. Most guys at the gym gauge me @ 5-6% BF, lol. They have no idea. So at 10% BF @ ur height it would look "beach body" material! I'm a short stubby guy and @ 11-12% BF I have striations in the chest, shoulders and back with vascularity throughout the upper body and moderate seperation in the thighs. Like I said, 10% would be impressive on you.
 
@ fueled...... Good post. And u look shredded upp in your picture. U def look like your below 10% bf. anyways I figured I was a little crazy to think I could hit the single digits lol. How much would you increase the test do you think? I definitely wouldn't mind even gaining some lean muscle while
Cutting up either haha. I can run arimidex throughout the cycle. That definitely is a good idea.... I can't get my hands on letro at the moment cause that would certainly work better
 
Test between 500-750mg/week. Arimidex (.5)mg EOD. Letro is not needed. We're not trying to kill estrogen only remove excess water so we can see the muscle development and fat loss. Arimidex does just fine in this case. Use it in weeks 3-10 or however long the cycle lasts. Might eventually have to go to E3D if joints get sore. Anyways another reason to avoid Clen on cycle is because u need to get in a mindset of avoiding side effects and only using what is necessary. Clen is anti-catabolic but not necessarily anabolic. Testosterone provides the anabolic activity so it makes sense that we should use Clen where its most useful - in PCT. After all, in PCT we're trying to avoid catabolic activity while being androgen-free so Clen/Keto stack fits the bill perfectly in PCT. BTW when u go into a caloric deficit ur androgen receptors become more sensitive than under normal caloric intake. This means that smaller doses of androgens can go a longer way when it comes to preserving muscle mass on a cut. Thus, I would not recommend anything more than 750mg/week of Testosterone. This is my two cents...
