Dosing wise...

I've never ran prop before, but I know that it has more test/mg compared to test e or c...correct?

So what would be the prop equivalent of 500mg of test e/c?
 
Well, one site that I've looked at suggests that test e yields ~73mg actual testosterone, cyp ~68mg, and prop ~93mg. So you could maybe do calculations based off of those numbers, but honestly I don't think it's going to make much of a difference.
I personally like to administer short esters on a daily basis rather than EOD, so for test prop or tren ace I just inject every single day. If I were to use 500mg test prop weekly, that would equate to 71mg test propionate a day. I'd probably round to 75mg for simplicity's sake.
 
100mg Testosterone Suspension (un-esterified Testosterone) = 100mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Acetate = 83mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Propionate = 80mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Isocaproate = 72mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Enanthate = 70mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Cypionate = 69mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Phenylpropionate = 66mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Decanoate = 62mg Testosterone
100mg Testosterone Undecanoate = 61mg Testosterone

An easier way to look at what Bam was trying to say is in percentage. Which can be done if you go by 100mg of each ester. In the table above you can see the percent of the 3 most popular (80% Prop, 70% E, 69% Cyp).

500mg/week of Prop you are getting 400mg of actual Testosterone

500mg/week of E is 350, and Cyp slightly less.
 
Probably varying studies with different exact percentages, so both of our numbers are a good reference.
