Not a body builder, I'm an athlete! But I dont use an AI when I run Test E. However, I do always have Armidex on hand Incase of a flare up.

So, what will your TOTAL Test be per week? Are you already taking an AI, or anything else with your TRT Test?

How long does 1 have to be on trt before they can run a cycle of Test E w/ no pct following the cycle?

PCT is absolutely necessary if you are coming off ANYTHING where you are giving your body endogenous hormones (cycles etc).
If on TRT and on permanently then there is no PCT required as you are likely going to be on TRT without any break.

How much trt are you on? You’re going to add 200-300mg on top of your trt? Yes, get an aromatize inhibitor and use as necessary.
