So ok peeps, I've done some research and am still going back and fourth about doing this but here is what I know so far, plus a little info about me.
I'm 31 years old and have lifted for around 12 years. I started out very small and have put on a lot of muscle in that time. I eat very good, lots of fish, chicken, protein powder and steak at least once a week.
I want to add that additional 10-15 lbs of muscle that I feel I cannot do on my own because of genetics. I have done it naturally so far and have been looking into test e.
I have been reading that this is not "safer" but it is a good starting cycle and with proper pct I could keep around 10 lbs of my gains.
I would like some feedback from experienced users of the good and bad.
The cycle I'm leaning toward would be 500mg a week for 12 weeks doing 2 shots a week, followed by 2 weeks off, then novaldex for 4 weeks.
