Test e and deca dose

What would you guys run for a first deca cycle? I was thinking test/deca 300/300 or 250/400 what would you suggest?
 
For a first cycle i'd still have deca run higher than test. Don't know what your goals are but 300mg test a week and say 400+ deca a week will do nicely. Test doesn't need to be run high, and you'll save yourself sides and recovery time.
 
So you don't need to run deca lower than test then? I had thought you did. Thanks for the update.
 
First time with deca I only did 200 a week, and I blew up, I would of did more if I had it but I didn't, but since I found out I respond so well to such a low dose I won't exceed 250 a week, but I've done different brands that weren't as strong so I stick to my brand
