Test E an anavar

I'm 10 weeks in to 16 week cycle of test e 500 ew and deca 300 weeks 1-8 , I'v just started 50mg of anavar ed and my nipples r sore as hell , I have been taking adex 0.5eod and I have letro and Nolva on hand is this a common thing with anavar and test as I have never done anavar b4
Any advice would b great
