Test-E 500mg a week for 12 weeks DIET

No one helped me in nutrition so here goes:

I'm cycling Test-E @ 500mg a week for 12 weeks. My stats are 190lbs at 6 foot. I'm looking to gain by clean bulking and gaining a good 20+ lbs on this cycle. I have school so it's hard. I am adding 100 calories each week! Anyways, what do you think :

Meal 1 - Breakfast: polish sausage, 2 pieces brown bread. 1 oat bar, 1 orange, 2 cups milk

Meal 2 - Snack: 40g protein shake

Meal 3 - Lunch: 2 sandwiches (brown bread, mortadella, salami, lettuce), 2 cups milk

Meal 4 ? Pre Workout: 8oz of any meat (steak, chicken, meat balls, etc), 1 cups brown rice or 2 baked potatoes, 2 cups milk

Meal 5 ? Post Workout: 8oz of any meat (steak, chicken, meat balls, etc), 1 cups brown rice or 2 baked potatoes?that is 1 hour after my 40g protein shake right after the gym

Meal 6 ? 40g protein shake in milk or 2 cups milk, 1 cup cottage cheese, 1/3 cup trailmix

Where to begin?

POLISH SAUSAGE?!!? You'll put on 20 pounds allright... around the gut. Your preworkout meal should be a shake and lots of carbs, as well as your post workout, THEN a meal, THEN another shake before bed.

If you are gonna have a hard time because of school, dont waste your money on the test - wait till summer when you can devote enough time to eating, training, and sleeping, because you'll need to do lots of all 3.

Enter it all into fitday and post the total cals/macros. Seems really low in cals to me and I will bet the macros are kinda screwy.

You are going to need to add more than 100cals/week, more like 500/day.
