Test E 15week cycle! (opinions are welcomed!)

Alright here we go, going to run a 15week test e cycle. Running letro at .25mg e3d and have clomid on hand for my PCT.

I am currently coming off of show prep so I have reversed diet pretty close to my TDEE. I plan on monitoring all of my food intake while using the Intermittent fasting protocol. My goal here is to add calories in a manner which is sufficient for my body weight to bulk, not just eating 5000 cals a day. I am a college student now so I am usually on my feet walking through out campus, cooking, or working my desk job with slight physical work needed at times.

I use this website IF Calculator to set up my calories for my ON and Rest days. While being on cycle I assumed my Rest days still should be decently above maintenance maybe +10% and workout days around +20%

I am a bio major here at school so I try to apply as much science to my set up as possible. Any input and opinions are welcomed!!

My training will be 3days on 1day off with everything being hit every 5th day sometimes falling on every 6th.
for example

chest/arms, back, shoulders, off, legs, chest/arms, back, off, etc....

I use Lyle Mcdonald and Layne Nortons philosophies combined with my own twist. One day I will do lower reps as heavy as possible! usually 3-6 reps 3-4 sets....and the next time the muscle is trained is usually 8-12reps 3-4 sets....reverse pyramid training mixed in...when back is hit heavy that week legs are being done hypertrophy style and vise versa...

I am 5'6 165 around 10-11 % bf (maybe 1 lower)


Any input would be Great,

question, would adding 5-10g of creatine a day to the cycle, would that have any added benefits, ive seen mixed reviews.
 
22, and thats all I had from using it for gyno treatment, Im running it at very lose dose e3d....

It shows it in a pie chart....I dont go by percent breakdowns though....I make sure my protein goal is set, then fats, then fill the rest with carbs....really cool website though....I would use slightly active as the setting bc the others set it too high

I alternate b/w hypertrophy and heavy hitting everything every 5-6days....on hvy days i try to shoot for 3-6 reps 8 at the very most mainly with smaller lifts
 
I think it's too early for test. Should just eat a ton of hamburger helper and a gallon of milk eggs and chicken a day. Gain weight weigh around 200 of lbm keep it on for a while and then think of running test. Anyone can hit 200lbs if they try. What are you doing for Bp and liver and your joints? What else are you using for pct?

This dude is only 5'6...... 200 lbs would be crazy big on that frame imo lol try and get some arimadex instead of letro..... It's a pretty harsh compound even if your running it every 3d and it could crush your estro......You can get ai from any research chem site. The creatine I would save for after you come off to help you hold your gains. At 22 your a little young but seeing that you already started and already competing my guess is your going to follow through anyway. I agree w above post asking what else besides clomid for pct and what are you using for liver protection on cycle? I would also add a daa product to pct along side an ai to keep estrogen rebound sides down. Nolva works better than clomid for e2 sides IMO but you could prob just stick w the clomid if your comfortable with it. Pct is just as important if not more than what you do while on....

What would you add to the pct other than clomid? Ive listed the above supplements I started. NAC should help with liver and orange triad has a good rep for joint support and a good multi.

Sorry to ask being lazy and not looking what is daa product? And letro is the only thing i have on hand, being in college I don want to spend another 50 bucks on adex as bad as it sounds. I have been running letro at .25 mg e3d so 1/10 of a ml.
 
Yeah your being lazy lol.... C'mon bro I'm not gonna spoon feed you....There's tons of good info here on this stuff.... Do the research and take care of yourself.... Trust me you won't regret it in 10 years if your still training....
