I like Invalid Link Removed.. eat at least 3000-4000 calories a day for over a month including at least 210g of protein,, while working out with weights and limited cardio,,, do that first before taking anything,,, in the meanwhile spend a lot of time reading about everything
 
What are some thing I should read about I'm fairly new to this I know a few things but most word of mouth I want to be completely inform and taught right I don't want to be messing with my body and not know what's going on I am very focused I just want to be smart about this in all aspects

You can seriously mess yourself up or you can have awesome experience, ,, it's all about research..... look up manbeast's P.C.T. Protocol, , read through as many threads as you can and Google everything you don't know ... this can take a month or three, depending on how much time you take researching ..... in the meantime, like I said,, work on your eating habits

Back to my actual log!!
decided to up my tren a bit,, going to alternate 100mg eod with 50mg eod.. did 100 yesterday and 50 today,,, I'm wondering if I should do this the way I did arginine with the diarrhea and the dmae with the headaches,, keep upping my dosage until I get sides then back off by 25%.... and use that as my guide to my personal optimal dosage

Did the 7 point caliper test today,,, body fat went up almost 2%..... need to tighten up my diet a bit!! The increase in tren may help as well

What did the warbird tell you about the diet? and that you should be on a cutting diet??? or at worst lean gain diet??? hmmmmmm???? lol
 
Reason being....lean gain diet plus tren is essentially a cutter but with gains in muscle. So you don't NEED to be on a deficit.....

Easier said than done with a girlfriend like mine who wants to pay for us to go out to eat several times a week!! LOL!!
Keeping a steady, strong diet was a lot easier before she came along!! LOL!! But damn!! I love pus§y!!!

I understand ......i struggle with that shyt too.....on the run a lot....family events (aka food)....its hard . Been doing better....but wasted my cheat day yesterday ....no pizza today :(

i'm not a fan of superdrol, but if you wanted to use it at like 20mg/day for 4 weeks go for it.
