Finally got everything worked out! Started today! My goal is to lose some belly fat but at the same time gain some lean mass! I've been lifting for 6 years now. I know my diet needs some changes but that is just a basic outline. any help or suggestions on anything is more that welcome. thanks.

Week 1-14 Test Cyp 500mg
Week 1-14 Arimidex .25 eod
Week 1-6 Anadrol 50mg ed
Week 14-17 Nolvadex 20mg ed

Supps: Fish Oil, NOexplode, Milk thistle, Recreate

Diet:

7:00 A.M.
2 glasses of ice cold water as soon as i get up( to get the metabolism going)

Meal 1: 7:30 A.M.
1 Recreate
1 Milk Thistle
3 Fish Oil
5 hard-boiled eggs
1 banana
1.5 cups of milk

Meal 2: 10:00 A.M.
Protein Shake
2 oranges

Meal 3: 12:00 A.M.
1 Milk Thistle
1 Recreate
3 Fish Oil
Chicken breast
1 banana

Meal 4: 3:00 P.M.
Protein Shake

Meal 5: 5:30 P.M.
Chicken Breast

Pre-Workout 7:00 P.M.
2 scoops NOexplode

Post-Workout 8:15 P.M.
Protein shake

ya im trying to get rid of a little body fat without having to sacrifice alot of muscle. but i still want to gain some mass at the same time if that makes sense
 
alright i'll probably change the chicken breast to a chicken pasta type dish. mix the chicken with noodles and spaghetti sauce. what u think?
