The following is my diet (bare with me i'm on mu blackberry)
In the morning it's whey protein mixed with choclate milk. I get about 365 calories, but get a good mix of whey and casein protein.
About 2 hours after that I eat
Egg Whites
Hashbrowns (Cooked With Olive Oil)
Grapefruit
Spinach
Skim Mlik
Oatmeal
Then 3 hours later around lunch I usually eat:
Grilled chicken
Veggies
Milk
(whatever else I can eat on my break)
2 to 3 hours after lunch I usually consume a simple protein shake. Or if I have time I'll make a weight gainer shake:
5 ice cubes
1 banana
16 ounces of white milk
two table spoons of peanut butter
Half a cup of oats
flaxseed oil
whey protein
Then for dinner i usually eat more grilled chicken with a side salad, baked poatoe (I do put low fat bacon bits on it, that's it) wheat bread, and milk.
This is just one of my bulking diets. The calories are around 4200 on a typical day and I can't gain a pound. I lift hard and reat 7-8 hours a night. I have been a personal trainer for years, working out since middle school, and have experience with cycles. You guy's may or may not believe it but I can't gain a pound. I work out 3 days a week with 2 guy's who compete in competitions, I have switched my routine around 4 different times in the past 8 months and it hasn't worked. My diet is on par with one cheat meal a week which is typically a subway footlong. I'm at a plateau, and I only do AAS when I hit this pleateau and changes in my diet, routine and resting patterns fail to solve the problem.
So again, what do you guy's recommend on my cycle. I have a good source, so Pentadex all the way through? Or maybe switch it over to Test E? Input is appreciated.
