test c and winstrol

I have 10cc of test cypionate 200mg/ml and 9cc winstrol 50mg/ml. I would like to put together a cyle with these but do not know how to go about it. I have used test in the past and loved it. My last test cycle was test e 1cc a week for 10 weeks and I made great gains. I actually gained 21lbs although some of it was water weight. I also have 20 or more 50mg oral dianabol. Would you all suggest jump starting the cycle with those. I have both clomid and nolvadex for PCT. Which SERM would you all recommend for a cycle like this.
 
u definitely do not have enough winstrol so throw that out the window.

Test Cyp 250mg.week 1-10
Dbol 50mg 1-4

PCT can consist of nolva, clomid, or both
 
What about splitting the pills and only using 25mg of d-bol a day? 50mg seems like a lot. How would you go about using clomid and nolvadex for PCT? Do you have any advise on combating water retention because I do tend to bloat a lot.
 
I also have a bottle of havoc on hand. What do you think about stacking that with test?
