Test base same as injecting test?

I am curious if taking exogenous test such as 4-dhea / dermacrine would yeild the same effects as injecting test-e at around 250/ week?

Is there a conversion ratio? For example, taking 2 pumps (roughly 4ml of dermacrine) , would this be the same or equal to injecting say 250 mg test weekly?
