4 Andro if available to you, would always be the best OTC choice for any PH cycle
because it actually does convert to testosterone.
I know many guys do swear by Dermacrine as a so-called test base. But I don't think
its being sold any longer, unless you have a personal stash, I would look into
OL Sup3r 4 Elite
