Im currently doing a cycle of prop and sus im noticing my nipples are starting to get itchy and puffy so i just got nolvadex 20mg. Should i continue my cycle?

21 is a bit too young to be pinning test-- your body should still be making plenty of it's own (unless you've been using for years, tsk tsk). Stop your cycle. Do a reverse taper PCT with your Nolva and an AI. And stay natty for a few more years, bro.

Add 10mg ed of nolvadex and see if the symptoms disappear.

The best thing would be to lower your testosterone dosage, not adding additional medicines.
