Would someone get superior results with say 500 test/week + some potent AI's (Femara/Aromasin) than say Epistane/Havoc!?!?

Havoc, Epi,H-Drol even Furazadrol makes you very dense/hard. Couldn't someone get just as "hard" as well with TEST+ AI's

If so, what's the point of stuff like winny/var, etc
