What would you consider the best supp for tendon an joint support. I developed bursitis and bicipital tendonitis. I want something that is going help in the healing process

Cissus, Chondroitin(sp?), MSM, Glucosamine, etc...If it's just 1 supplement, probably Cissus. I take all of the above...

Deca-durabolin
otherwise known as nandrolone decanothate.
It works well, downside is can be traced in your system for up to 18 months. But then what are the odds of you getting tested for such items?

GLC 2000 delivers a high amount of glucosamine in 4 different forms, it even contains chondroitin sulfate.

Grapeseed Xtract, and Cissus, work synergystically in reducing inflamation. GLC 2000 and MSM will assist in the regeneration of cartilage.

any one think symmetry-x would be good for tendons. Its the stronger form of Cissus for muscle growth. maybe it would also be stronger for tendon strenght.

Cissus's active ingredients differ from Sym X.

I think it's a broader extract or something so it won't act like a stronger version of Cissus RX (if it did no one would buy Cissus RX). I'd say Cissus RX, great stuff for joints.

I just found this:The first ingredient is Hydroxl4. Hydroxyl4 is a specialized extract of Cissus Quadrangularis. With extensive real world, university (India) research, and lots of research money, we extracted then concentrated 4 highly active Hrdroxyl keto sterones from cissus Quadrangularis for its pure anabolic nature. pure anabolic nature sound like it is focused on muscle and not connective tissue.

I might try Cissus RX for my tendonitis. my knee has gotten prety bad over the last two months. ive started to take some time off from leg workouts and running. i take the same supps Dagecko listed.

IGF-1R3 is best for Tendons at 300 % faster than normal, but doesn't help ligaments. You need HGH for ligaments.

Cissus is about 45%, very good stuff.

My current regement is Oratrophin for IGF-1R3, PGH-T for HGH, Cissus, Celdrin for lubrication, and glucosamine & chondroitin

I have weaned myself down to just a few supps that I feel have the greatest efficacy and Cissus made the list. One hell of a product. A multi, vit C, vit E, fish oil, green tea, ALA, REM-R3G and Cissus. That's all I need.

Oh, and this bean bag ash tray. And the thermos. That's all I need. :D

Look into GLC 2000 for (regeneration) of cartilage. It's a unique product. Two capsules deliver glucosamine in 4 different forms, ensuring maximum results and absorbtion rates. Chondroitin Sulfate is also included. The only supplement that was not included in the formulation but should have been, is MSM.

Also in relation to (lubrication), Hyaluronic Acid and EFA's work very well.

In my opinion (wich ain't worth a sh!t), the synergistic combination of Grapeseed Extract and Cissus would be the most effective way to (reduce inflammation).
