I had my BF measure on one of these new fancy machines at the gym. It said 11.74... There is absolutely no way I am that low. I'd say that I am 15-16...maybe more. Tell me what you guys think..

I am about 19 days into diet and cardio, I will stop when the lower back fat is gone..

Current stats are 6'2'' 242 lbs
