teddy peanut butter

i discovered natural peanut butter and have become somewhat obssessed with it lol. after a weigh in i spoon it right out of the bottle and eat it. i was wondering if i put it in my protein shake or in my oatmeal in the morning, is it going to stop my weight loss. i know it is traditionally a mass builder, and i definitely want to stay as light as i can but damn do i love that peanut butter. do you think i can afford to eat it?
