Sorry I've been away for a while. Had a strange thing happen Saturday at weight-in. I weighed 224, WTF?!?! Had a light dinner in anticipation of the scales and everything!
Anyhow, I've got 7 full days left of AL7. I'd like to wrap the log up on Saturday so I'm going to use those extra 3 caps to play around with dosage a bit this week. I usually have a 2 cap dose after waking and go straight to thee gym so hunger isn't a big deal. 1 cap does a decent job of keeping hunger at bay, but I'm curious to see what a proper 2 cap mid-morning dose will do to my appetite. I may, MAY, try 3 caps prior to working out. There's a lot of power in 2 caps, though, so I'm going to think about that one a little harder.
I'm already very happy with the results I've seen. My previous best for a fat burner log was 11lbs. Alpha Lean-7 is blowing that one out of the water!
