I'll try and post it from my computer. But Eric mentioned this a year or so ago. He didn't give specifics, but he stated he was looking into DAA years prior.

From what I gathered, I don't think there is much direct worry.

Yep, but when TCF-1 first hit the market Eric mentioned that he knew a patent was in the works, and also mentioned that he had his attorneys ready to go.

Eric mentioned that he'd been studying the stuff years prior to releasing it...

he always does his homework. thermolife can deal with it
