Yeah dont use HCG during PCT. during cycle or what I like to rec more, the last 4-5 weeks of cycle leading up to but NOT into PCT- HCG 500iu 2x a week.
PCT a combo of clomid and nolva is best IMO

I rec dec 0.25-0.5mg eod for an AI but often use letro at 0.25-0.6mg e3d. I like using CEM's LEtro though because letro pills are usually soo small to try dose letro effectively without over doing it. with the bottle Letro its 1/4th ml and we good : )

I've used RUI products which is the same as CEM, good stuff. I like the pharm grade stuff I found though. Any reason for letro over adex? I know letro is used in a lot of gyno protocols and it can be hell on your estrogen levels.
 
smashed chest/shoulders/cardio tonight Awesome pump. Did 10 minutes if HIIT, 15 mins of LISS Post workout meal was salmon and brown rice, with a chef salad. My god, salmon is so effing good!

A little to much fat in that salmon, it's bloating me out a little. So worth it lol
 
This ecy stack is doing a good job of air pressing my hunger. I having trouble eating my usual 2700 calories..... Only got in 2500 last night and I'm not even hungry this morning. Jesus, this stuff is great.

So I'm 500g of carbs deep with 0 bloat. This is abnormal for me because I used to bloat at 200g of carbs. But each refeed I am leaner and leaner and my body gets better at nutrient repartitioning.

Leg extensions 3x8 2 second hold before lock out (last rep 10 second ISO hold)

Rdl 3x10, squeezing glutes and digging my heels into the ground

After that I was dead. Surprised I made it through that workout on 3 hours of sleep. All those carbs helped me out, time to watch the super bowl and eat moaaarrrrrr!
 
SO we got about 20 inches of snow here. i have been moving snow since this morning. Just going to eat 0 g of carbs today, fat/pro only. Going to get up to 2400-2600 calories. The lowest I want to go is 2400, since I am not lifting today and I ate about 3.5K+ calories yesterday, I should be fine :D.
 
Shoveling snow is no light work I had to do that when I lived up in Tahoe serious calorie burn

Didn't sleep well last night, I ended up falling asleep at 4 am and slept until 9. Sluggish today. Smashed chest/shoulders earlier Db incline 3x8 up weight until I couldn't get 8 anymore Incline Bb bench 3x10, + RP set Reverse banded bench press 5x5 +2 drop sets Dips ss flys x3 failure Side raises ss face pulls 4x15 Rear delt flys 3x30 Behind the neck shoulder press 3x10. 25 minutes of cardio.


Swapped up my last two turkey meals with whole eggs for one and salmon for the other. Switching back to turkey tomorrow.

I went into the gym and just tore it up, agressive as hell. I LOVE IT. My traps, all the way down to the middle of my back, are swollen.
 
Feeling completely dead today from yesterday's lift. But hey it's chest/shoulders pumping day! Going to really kick up the intensity and try to finish this workout in 40 minutes or less. Little to no rest!

Flat towards the end of the week, but I refeed once a week and that seems to last me a few days. May add in a mini refeed mid week.
 
Refeeding today. Going out with all my cousins later so I'm stoked for that!

Friday night I barley sleep, couldnt fall asleep. Went to work at 6am and the day dragged on. I went to the gym to lift arms and I just kept laughing throughout all my sets because I was extremely tired.

Went home after to do homework and passed out on my laptop. Argh

No session today. 30g of carbs max also and 2400 calories.

So this is my last week on tbol. Going to PCT on Saturday. Making that a little more than 7 weeks on.

All in all I can evaluate tbol now.

I have to say this stuff is awesome. I lost a good amount of body fat , gained lean muscle, stayed full while cutting. Strength went up, ZERO sides. My nuts barley shrunk at all, no headaches (like on hdrol) and no gyno flare up. This stuff was great.

Next time I'm running it with test E at 600mg a week.

First time taking an exam on no carbs, focus xt and phenylP helped me out a lot! Lost 0 focus. It's always good to be able to not have school and Bbing conflict with eachother, but that's in a perfect world :+.

I started taking epic pWo and will continue to do so thru PcT.

Also down to 4 pumps of derma a day.

Physique wise:

More vascular
Quads continue to separate
Waist is smaller, back is wider
Shoulders are broader.
Traps got massive out of the blue (started working them a different way)

Still on ECy, 2700 calories on cardio + lifting days, 2500 calories on just lifting days, 180g of carbs, 0 g of carbs on off days.

Also, I am going to add 1 arms super set x5 sets at the end of my workouts everyday. My shoulders just over power my biceps and I want to correct that issue with these micro sessions.

On a side note: my calf pumps are insane these days.

Went out, I was the DD last night but my god it was funny.

We end up seeing 3 deprecate chick fights! One was with two heavy set girls. Both of them came out of the bath and started going at it. One just straight pile drove this other one into the ****ing wall! My buddy almost got run over by this girl.

The other two were by the same girls. Some altercation but this one girl clawed at the other and they ****ing were hooked onto eachother like animals! Both their shirts came off and all! It was crazy. Then they both go outside, in -4 degree weather, to continue this fight.

Me and my friends laughed out asses off. My other buddy had to help break a fight up to, I was laughing to hard to even contemplate wtf was going on

Anyway back to reality, going to hit fasted cardio and abs this morning!
 
Being the DD isnt as bad as most people make it out to be. Its like being the smartest kid in class :)

Whats up guys, man it's been almost a year since I ran anything IM ITCHING.

WIth that said, I have stumbled upon about 5 bottles of tbol (dont ask dont tell fellas) and plan to have some fun.

Here is what I am thinking for my layout (Please critique wherever you see errors, or idiocy)

I suppose some stats would be good huh?

Age- 21
Height 5 foot 8 inches
Weight: 215 lbs
BF% - 13-14% (top and middle abs are visible and I am horrible at estimating bodyfat)
Cycle = 8 weeks total

IronLabs cycle support (2 caps per full dosage)
Animal pak (MV, self explanatory)
Fish oil (higher dosed in the winter months)
Dopadex (if needed, wont run throughout cycle)
Formeron ( if needed)

-Thats it, was thinking about running Adex, half dosed at 12.5 mg EOD, I know Tbol does not and cannot convert to estrogen however, Hdrol doesn't cannot convert to estrogen either via Aromatase, and I still ended up with a bit of Gyno I had to deal with. What do you think fellas?

Tbol will start out at 60 mg and be ramped up to 100mg at most.Most likely staying around 80mg tbh.

Seems simple enough, the dosing that is. The reason I am only dosing cycle assist once is because 1) we all know this sh1t is for peace of mind. 2) I have enough liver support with the animal pak + liv 52 that adding in more cycle assist would be a waste of money 3) tbol is not superdrol/dbol/anadrol/RamPissAdrol (<--- quite anabolic)

So really my only question would be running the adex EOD or not to control estro. If Adex would be to harsh I could always run either 2 pumps of formeron or 3 caps of new erase. Either / or not both. Also, lets talk test bases. I've heard people not getting the adrenergic side effects (like from halo/epi/sd etc) on tbol and it has been shown to increase libido and drive. I like to keep my cycles simple with only 1-2 compounds, but if I MUST add a test base in I will.

Holy leg session batman.

Pretty much fat and protein up until about 4pm (5am - 4PM today), lab ran late. Was trying to run some samples, machine breaks, all hell breaks loose, I sit there like a dumbass for 1.5 hours while the tech guys try to fix it. No avail, I wasted an extra 4 hours at school today --____--.

Got a lot done though, so thats good.

I was going to do two more simple assignments tonight but my god, after this legs session I cant even function, could only walk for 10 minutes on the tredmil because my legs are on fire. They were so pumped they were red.

The highlight of this workout was my 7 sets of 20 reps on the leg press, each seat I went up by a plate up to 17 plates total. Always ended up with 20 reps, even if I had to RP it. ****ing br0000tal! Almost threw p a few timesthere, glad I kept it down.

Anyway I gotta sleep and wake up early to finish these assignments. Later gents. Stay classaaaay
 
So PCT is going well. Felt like crap yesterday but feel awesome today! Feeling very strong. Hit a bench PR and a decline DB PR as well today! Im surprised at how strong I am feeling, pump was insane today to.

Diet is the same as it was on cycle. The only difference is that I am adding protein shakes with breakfast and my post workout meal to get my protein intake up to 1.75g per BW. Other than that, same thing, peri workout carbs at 180g, fat/pro other parts of the day.

So far so good!
 
This snow needs to stop, couldn't even drive up my street to get to work this morning and had to call out. Well whatever, refeed day today as usual. Then going to hit chest/shoulder pump day, hopefully, pending the streets are okay. Then do a bit of homework and call it a Sunday! In terms of body comp, I'm about the same , a bit leaner in the mid section, weight has stayed static. Doing a decent job of holding onto this muscle in PcT.


ALSO I HIT A PR!!!!! 500x3 DEADLIFT!!!! I was ****ing so happy. However I couldn't feel my lats for the rest of the back workout but God damn it , worth it!

Update:

Down to 206.5 this morning! Total of 14lbs lost.

Maintaining muscle and killing PRs.

Broke a rep squat PR and repped out 315x12 the other day. Bench feels stronger and I feel like I can just keep going in the gym.

I switched to only HIIT cardio and what a difference. My metabolism was on fire on effing day.

Going to be doing this 3x a week and Liss 1-2x a week to give my legs a break.

Calories and carbs haven't changed since I'm losing fat! Looking leaner to, drying up nicely in pct! Super stoked this cycle was magic
 
What's funny is that I was stuck at 209/210 for two weeks then once I added hit I dropped to 206.5, I'm assuming I must've dropped glycogen as well.
 
Had the largest chest and shoulders pump the other day, developed more deep stretch marks around my shoulders.

0 carb day today :,(. I'm used to it though.

Going to hit a refeed tomorrow. Going to try out a new sushi place, 18$ all you can eat!!!!
