Tbol, yummy, critique this.

Any idea on effective dosing?

100mg caffeine 12.5mg E x 2 daily? Once in morning and once pwo?
I dO two tabs of bronkaid and a sugar free rockstar ( 256 Mg Caffeine I think) and a baby aspirin in the AM right before I go to the gym and then 1 bronk 100 mg cafine and skip the aspirin in the PM

Oh god rockstar is so good, and amp. That blue amp energy the "focus" one is ****ing good. Mkay ill give that a go I have 325mg aspirin, kind of want to cut them to 81mg lol.
 
I love Amp. That is one of the few energy drinks that get me jittery and I love a good stimulant buzz!

So far I had that breakfast
2 bagels + greek yogurt
Huge chicken wrap with fat free frozen yogurt
(came home and my mom made her homemade sauce!!) So I had a huge plate of pasta, meatballs and a side of garlic bread.

I think I may call it after that! I don't feel that bloated, odd, but I feel tired lol. I am not used to this many carbs. Tomorrow im dropping my calories to 2700, carbs to 180g. Going to take a serving of my cream of wheat out of my PwO meal along with doing 8-10 mins of HIIT before my LISS. ECA will be thrown in a week from now.

Going up to the new haven super gym tomorrow, powerhouse , and going to smash some legs!

Cardio = 20 minutes of LISS, no HIIT today because my lower back and legs were on fire.

Carbs = 180g (peri)

I am really surprised that I was not really bloated this morning from all those carbs. I actually looked a bit dryer, plus I woke up with the worst dry mouth ever. Pretty sweet seeing results, obviously. I think i will be staying at 180g of carbs for at least 2-3 weeks before dropping them again. Next drop will be dropping them to 150/140g. Eventually I want to do a carb cycling diet to get lower BF. Either doing 3 keto days 1 refeed or 2keto days and 1 refeed, so that would give me two refeeds a week, allowing me to spread out those carbs. I've done, 2 low carb days (under 100g ) and 1 refeed high carb day, in the past and that worked well to. So I haven't decided which I want to go with.
 
ECA stack started this morning

2 caps of norcodrene (has yohimbine in it wootwoot) with 25 mg E

Preworkout will be 200mg caffeine and 25 mg E

Going to pick up some more norco to run it later.
 
This appetite suppression is insane. I usually need two meals to get me through my classes. This morning I only had 1 fat/pro meal and I have no hunger pangs or anything. Going low carb with this stack will not be difficult. Until there is a pizza in front of you :O

I have class all day today so gym will happen later tonight. No carbs during the day :\ just had 6 oz of steak and 4 eggs for breakfast though so im ready to go!!! I found that if i eat under 8 oz of red meat that I do NOT bloat out , so thats a plus. I like the have a little bit of red meat no matter if im cutting or bulking just for the iron content.

With 180g of carbs I can tell that I am starting to get a little more sore, but nothing i cant work through.

I am 4 weeks into my 8 week tbol cycle, so I think it is time to up to 80mg and leave it there for the next 4 weeks.

ECY is keeping my energy up, when I dont have carbs in me.

I also started to get my fats from MCT oil and extra virgin olive oil, about 1tbsp of MCT oil mid day and 1 tbsp of olive oil at the end of the day with my 93% lean turkey. This is also taking away some bloat from the excessive amounts of meat fat/protein I have been eating. So thats a relief!

Time for endocrinology! Love that stuff, im actually excited to go to class lol.

Yesterday I was feeling good and went to slam back. I had an intense workout. I usually DL at the end of my back day for fun and my lats were so pumped and full of blood/sore that they almost collapsed and couldn't hold easy weight for me. I love it!

One arm bb curls 4x8 + burn out set
Bb row 4x6 + burn out se
Db pull overs 4x12 HOOPUGEEEEEEE PUMP on these

Wg pull downs 3x8 stretch for 3 seconds at top
Banded hypers 3x failure
Sumo DL 2x5 (couldn't get the third set in, my back wasn't having it)

Took a day off of cardio but will be back at it today.
 
My stomach felt like death today. Two scoops of Metamucil and extra probiotics to remedy this and. Some sleep
 
Dude. Make sure that TBOL isn't some bull**** pro-hormone **** that is everyone online because its fake. You need a legit source for real oral turinabol also known as 4-Chlorodehydromethyltestosterone. If its the real deal you will know and yes its great. I didn't read your whole post and I understand you're excited because your about to be back on gear. SO here is what I'll add...

You can make great gains/strength as a beginner on legit tbol alone.. but it will still supress your HTPA. I also did this as a beginner, but now I too realize why everyone recommends running a testosterone base as your cycle, even 250mg would suffice. Anyways, tbol solo..

5-6 wks. 40mg everyday. 10mg tabs. split up 4 x a day. Keeps my blood levels stable. I wouldn't worry about your liver so much and the LIV. 52 on this mild cycle so just take your LIV 52. a few hours after your last dosage of the day before bed. I don't like to mix my liv 52 with my orals at the same time. THis is why i use TUDCA by antaeus labs with orals because I can take it in conjunction along with my orals whenever during the day, much more effective than LIV 52 imo.

PCT on oral turinabol only I'd do NOLVA 4wks (40mg/40/20/20) and CLOMID 3wks (50mg/25/25).......some may think this is heavy pct for oral only. I disagree I believe returning your natural levels back up to normal if not higher than normal is crucial for keeping gains and mind healthy. Which is why cycling on and off is a pain in the ass!

I'm loving it at 60 mg with 75 mg trest. VERY full throughout the day, super strong in the gym. Tomorrow is my last dose then blasting the trest at 100 for two more weeks
 
Trestolone acetate. It is basically test that doesn't 5-alpha reduce but aromatises pretty badly. It is used as a "test base" or cycled solo.

So Sitting at 212.5 this morning, woke up quite dry and hard in my midsection. Everything else seemed somewhat full, a little on the flatter side though. I've only been getting 165-170g of carbs in, I lost about 10g of carbs somewhere lol but im not complaining.

I smashed arms today, just 4 supersets 4 sets per. So I am taking a rest day tomorrow and I am going to carb up for my leg day on sunday.

I think I am in a pretty damn good diet "groove", lifting m-f and carbing up after my arms day, since that is before my legs day. The past two days I seemed a bit sluggish in the gym, low energy, most likley due to my lower carb intake. I notice that if I carb p on sunday, my workouts monday - wedneday are awesome, then thursday and friday are usually a bit off. So I need to try and fit more carbs in on my carb up days or add a mini refeed on wednesday.

But for now, It seems that I am losing a good amount of fat in my mid section and retaining/gaining muscle everywhere else. I am surprised im this high in weight with how my midsection is. So thats awesome.

For now, sticking with my plan and going to runwith it until I stop losing fat.

Current diet stats:
2700 calories
170-180g of carbs
HIgh pro/fat
Pei workout carbs only

I think i am going to smash a pizza tomorrow .... lol.
 
Woke up 215, refeed was a success now back to dieting lol, only a gain of 3 lbs.

Metabolism is speedy today, vascularity is coming out more to.

Argh ended up passing out when I came home from work and the gym closed. SO tomorrow I am hitting legs in the AM . Only issue is we are getting 30 ****ing inches of snow between monday night to tuesday night. So I am not sure if the gym will be open on tuesday at all. My plan was to hit a two a day tomorrow, legs in the AM and chest/shoulders in the PM.

I am kind of pissed we are getting that much snow, I hope they keep the roads plowed.

I'm done with my tbol cycle. 60mg is was great- dry gains, nice pumps, no bloat, didn't notice any sides. I'd like to try it again at 80mg but its damn expensive. I can do a 6 week halodrol cycle for half what that cost me.

80mg is pretty nice. Usually what I run it at. Heartburn is something fierce though.
Tbol + EQ + small test base is one of my fav's.

I hit meadows rows 4x8-10 , last set was a rep out for AMRAP witha drop in 2 plates
WG Pulldowns i kept going up one plate on the stack each time until i got down to 6 reps then did a drop set ( 5-6 total sets)
Banded Sumo DL up to 455 x3 with a red macroband (these are up to 80-100 lbs at the top, didnt feel like it though)
DB pullovers, constant lat /serratus tension 4x12
Banded hypers 3x failure (these have helped tremendously)
BB shrugs 4 sets x 8 (half reps at the end until failure) 2-5 second hold depending on the weight.

25 minutes of LISS.

Done.

****ing dead and killed it. Chest and shoulders pump tomorrow.

Not sure if I am refeeding on superbowl sunday, which sundays are my refeed days anyway, I think I am going to have to dig in and do some serious cardio if I want that refeed...gotta work for it!

^ very true. I've never not run without an ai on hand (aromasin) or proper pct (HCG, nolva, clomid) . I also have other ancillary support like finasteride/minox/nizoral, topical/oral antibiotics on hand, TUDCA/live 52., CEL cycle assist and Cabaser for when I add deca.

Question though, is HCG just for testicle size I thought it had almost no effect on your HPTA?

Yeah dont use HCG during PCT. during cycle or what I like to rec more, the last 4-5 weeks of cycle leading up to but NOT into PCT- HCG 500iu 2x a week.
PCT a combo of clomid and nolva is best IMO

I rec dec 0.25-0.5mg eod for an AI but often use letro at 0.25-0.6mg e3d. I like using CEM's LEtro though because letro pills are usually soo small to try dose letro effectively without over doing it. with the bottle Letro its 1/4th ml and we good : )
