Tbol/Proviron/11oxo

Seems like i need to up the dose of clen i was at 80 mcg and wasn't sweating too much in the gym and my heart rate was staying low through cardio it took a bit more effort to get my heart to 150. It's weird because the first time i took clen 80mcg was the highest I could go. Monday i will up it to 120mcg and see how that feels as today i'm at 90mcg. I like the shakes i get so hopefully that dose does the trick.

lol yeah you were right. I guess the second time around i needed to up the dosage. I have 2 more days i"m going to run it after today, i must say it has done a nice job at burning off the fat.
 
Yesterday's workout was: Chest, Tri's, Calves, Quads, 20 min interval Cardio.

My workout was pretty intense yesterday. The pumps make it hard to be able to get through each body part. I had to wait longer between each set when it came to triceps because the pumped, burning sensation you get was too intense to be able to get all my reps. when I wake up in the morning I look like I just got done working out I love it.

The best way i can describe my gains so far is that I look the way i looked after an intense workout before i started the tbol. Like I said before when i wake up I look like I just worked out.

Diet is still on point, haven't been drinking and I haven't really wanted to. I shouldn't be drinking anyway, 1. I'm taking two Methyls, 2. it just hinders your gains.

Sides to note so far: A few pimples on my side and 1 right next to my nipple lol, never had one there before, I think I also had a large one in my armpit it hurt real bad but then went away.
It is harder to orgasm but the sex still feels good and i still want it so I'm fine taking a little longer to get my nut off, my GF doesn't mind it either.
Aggression is up but not too much. One time i had a fight with my GF but it didn't get too out of hand, I deal with customers all day on the phone too and they are dumb as a rock when it comes to computers so to have not hung myself by now i would say the aggression has only increased slightly.

Today is an off day for me. Tomorrow will be Shoulders, Traps, Back, Bi's, Abs, Cardio. Damn thats a lot for one day but i get through the workout within an hr and for me thats all that matters, for now once I'm off i will go back to hitting each body part just once a week.
 
Sorry for the late updates. Work was crazy on Friday and the weekend I was too busy to do any updates.

Update for Thursday:

workout was shoulder's, traps, back, bi's, abs.

workout went great strength was up, finished my workout in about an hr and I did a lot of super sets. Did 20 minutes of interval cardio.

Friday's update: On Friday I was all my feet all day running around so my legs were extremely tired so i skipped my leg workout and just did chest, tri's, calves.

I felt strong on all sets. Pumps were great workout was pretty quick. Did 20 minutes of interval cardio even though my legs were tired i felt i had to get use of of my last day on clen.

So my clen run is finished and I feel it went pretty well. I leaned out a little bit, and definitely looked more defined. Abs arent popping out still but i believe for my abs to show really well I would have to get down to 6%bf and I'm just not planning on ever being that lean. It's just too much work to maintain that low of a %bf. I'm thinking about trying out napalm with clen during my PCT. any thoughts on that?

Today will be back, bi's, abs, and a few sets of hamstrings.

I feel that my legs have not grown much at all since being on this cycle. I don't go real heavy due to joint issues but i do have really good form i do squats and my legs are always really sore the next day. I think doing the interval cardio may play a role in my legs growing, I'm not too sure why though. I may go back to just 25 minutes of low intensity cardio.
 
Yesterday i skipped my workout :angry:. I felt weird all day like i didn't sleep for 24 hrs or something. I slept for like 11 hrs on Sunday so I think that over sleeping that day affected my sleep Monday morning. I got home and took a nap. woke up drank a shake then about an hr and a half later ate my last meal. Today I feel much better and I'm kind of glad I took the day off. I've been hitting the gym really hard for the past 6 weeks and my body needed a 3 day rest period anyway.

My workout's will be switched up a little bit this week.

Tuesday(today) will be a full upper body workout, 20 minutes of cardio

Wednesday: off

Thursday will be a lower body workout,

Friday will be an upper body workout again then i will be back to my normal schedule next monday.
 
Last night i did my upper body workout:

I did super sets with chest and back, about 12 sets per body part.
I then did super sets with bi's and tri's, about 6 sets per body part, then i finished with 6 sets on abs.

Workout went well i had tons of energy and strength felt great.
Pull ups are getting extremly easy to do 3 sets of 10. I started doing them very slowly to get a nice stretch and I have a nice burn/pump once I'm done with my sets.

Chest also felt stronger yesterday. I just did 2 exercises using incline smith and some other incline chest press. then i did 2 different fly exercises.

Today i feel nice and sore. muscle are very hard and full. weight is up 6lbs from the start.

Today is an off day.
 
Thursday was legs and shoulders.

Workout went very well. I did 135 for 20 reps no problem next week i may try 165. My legs felt strong as well did my shoulders. I didn't go crazy and do a **** load of sets i kept legs to about 12 sets then 5 sets for calves and shoulders I did about 12 sets also. Both my legs and shoulders are sore today but nothing too crazy, recovery feels good.

Today will be an upper body workout:
chest, back supersetted, and Bi's, Tri's supersetted. I'll throw in some abs and 20 minutes of low intensity cardio.

I'm not doing interval cardio anymore as i feel it inhibits my leg from growing. I have no clue why this happens but every time i do HIIT cardio whether i"m using an AAS/PH/DS I make no muscle gains on my legs. As soon as i switch it to low intensity cardio my legs start to fill out.

Next week will be my last week on tbol and i think I'm going to bump it up to 70mg just to see how my body reacts at that dose.

I'm definitely looking forward to running the 11oxo especially at 9 caps ed. I think this is really going to be the "Icing on the cake".

running proviron helps with libido issues. A little dostinex also helps with the sex feeling better. I seem to get desensitized when i am shutdown dostinex helps with this and my loads are bigger. There is no ed issues at all, I actually get extremly hard.

Acne:
Every now and then I'll get a few pimples. Right now my face is very clear. When I see a little acne flare up I take some accutane at a dose of 10mg for a week, sometimes only 3 days and it works great. No back acne or chest acne. I really take care of my skin though. After a workout i use 1 stridex power pad, then st.Ives apricot scrub while in the shower, then at night i use proactive.

Haven't checked my blood pressure s not sure what my levels are.

Thats about it for sides my balls shrunk a little but not much. The proviron helps with that. I don't really feel much more aggressive then usual. so far it's been a very smooth ride. I highly recommend tbol. As for the 11oxo i tried it at 3 pills ed before for 3 weeks and liked it. So i will give a review at 9 pills ed for 4 weeks once the cycle is over.

I don't have any libido issues, but i can tell that I am suppressed. I can't reeally say I am shut down without any blood work. I don't know many people that could run tbol at the doses I am and still not be suppressed. Wish that was the case for me.
 
Friday: chest, back, bi's, tri's, abs, 20 min of cardio

My upper body workout went great. The pumps were nice and strength was good too. I haven't really pushed myself to see exactly how much i can lift. I've been keeping it Above what i normally lift and have been really concentrating on my form. I usually do a 2 second down 2 second up rep. Sometimes 3-4 seconds down. I try to get a nice stretch. I have noticed that body parts that have been lagging a little bit are almost caught up. For instance my left pec was a little smaller then right. Now there almost even. Most people wouldn't notice but if i can i want to fix the problem. I am really enjoying the 10-12 rep range and am not worried about going real heavy that is where you have more of a chance to get injured.
 
monday:

I went to the Bronx zoo with the GF and walked a lot, a real lot.

I am back to my normal routine, yesterday was back, bi's, abs, 20 min of cardio (even after all that walking I just couldn't say no)

workout went well. I was through with back in about 35 minutes the next 25 min was bi's and abs.

I bumped the tbol up to 70mg this week. This is my last week on tbol then i switch to 11oxo. I am really excited about this as i have yet to see anyone run a cycle like this before. Hopefully things will turn out great. I will still run the proviron along with the 11oxo.
 
I should note that my joints do feel dry. I need to pick up some joint support before i start the 11oxo as i feel that will really dry me out.
 
Tuesday: Chest, Tri's, Calves, Squats, 20 min cardio

Chest was a little stronger then usual. Pumps were insane the shirt i was wearing barley fits anymore. I almost feel like a **** working out in it because it looks like i'm purposely wearing a shirt a size too small to look bigger. **** it I love it though.

I had a really good triceps workout too did about 8 sets. I also finished with dips and I rarely do dips because of really bad chest pain i get down the center of my chest. I was punched really hard as a kid there and ever since then when i do dips it is very painful the next day but i'm in no pain today. I decided to throw 4 sets of squats in just to get some blood flowing to the legs and shock them a bit i may do this for the remainder of the cycle being that my legs are lacking a bit.

Whenever i up the dose even just 10 mg my face starts to get greasy and i can tell I'm about to have a few pimples. I took 10 mg of accutane and will do so for the next week. Thats will take care of any acne flaring up for the next couple of weeks.

Today is an off day. I'm feeling a little bloated from the carbs so i will cut out a little bit of carbs today by Friday i should be good. I've been having a meal consisting of 40p,30f,30c and hr after my post workout shake. I think i will cut the carbs out of my last meal while running the 11oxo just to really see the leaning out effects from it.

Felt a bit stronger then usual during my workout. Pumps were great as well as endurance. I was sweating my ass off doing all the supersets.

Friday: Legs, chest, tri's.
went to the gym in the morning. It was a rough workout and my heart was beating very fast. I got through the workout in about 70 minutes then went home. I Had a lot of food within a 3 hour time span and was looking very full for the whole day. I noticed that eating a little more carbs really makes me fill out.
 
thoughts on tbol:

Gains are very dry, pumps are insane, very little sides.

I gained 7lbs on my 8 week run tbol. I like this steroid very much as the gains are solid and you hold no water. My strength didn't go through the roof but I'm definitely a little stronger from when i first started the cycle. I should note that I don't go real heavy . I used this cycle to help lacking body parts and to keep myself looking lean and hard while adding a little bit of muscle and thats exactly what tbol did.

Saturday night I received a lot of comments from friends who hadn't seen me in a few weeks saying how I look a lot bigger and thicker from the last time they saw me. It felt good to hear that because i have been putting in a lot of hard work these past 2 months.

I definitely recommend tbol to anyone looking to gain 5-10lbs of pure muscle or for someone that is doing a cut and wants to maintain the muscle that they have this would work very well. I think 6 weeks would be a perfect time frame to run tbol.
 
Today is my first day on 11oxo I will run it for about 25 days at 9 caps per day. Let's see how well this stuff works at a high dose.
 
I will definitely run it again next year. After the 11oxo I don't think i will touch anything hormonal until next year. I want to get my body back to naturally producing everything for awhile.

It's a very nice product for people that don't want to put on 20lbs in 8 weeks and just want to add on a few lbs. I don't think i will ever pin. I just don't feel the need to.

or, like a lot of guys, you get a few years behind you and your natural T isnt so hot anymore...and you dont feel like T creams or 100mg/week Tcyp that the doc gives you...
 
Didn't gte to the gym yesterday. Felt real shitty all day and figured why go if i'n not going to give it 100%. Today i feel great and for this week I will do

Tuesday Upper body excluding shoulders
Thursday Lower body and shoulders
Friday Upper body again.

Then next week I will be back to my regular routine.
 
Did my upper body workout last night:

12 sets chest
12 sets back
6 sets bi's
6 sets tri's
6 sets abs

Workout was very intense. I was extremly vascular and also felt a bit stronger. Maybe because i had a nice 3 day rest. I did get a little bit of a headache which stayed throughout the workout. I was also sweating a lot and drank a lot more water then i usually do during my workout.

I super setted chest with back, then bi's with tri's. So this kept my heart rate up for the full hr I was working out. Abs i finished in about 10 minutes then i did 20 minutes of low intensity cardio.

I feel great today, well rested, and lots of energy. Too bad I'm off from the gym. I would probably go run or something but today is laundry day so i can't.

Thursday will be legs and shoulders for me.
 
I should also add that i started using napalm 2 pumps 2 times per day for a week so far. Today i will start using my napalm spiked with clen for 2 weeks. I'm pretty lean right now about 8% so it will be interesting to see how well this stuff works.
 
no i didn't. I'll have to find a machine this weekend. Headaches are still present but not as bad. I was very sore yesterday, today i feel about 80% recovered. Recovery time seems to be quicker. HUnger is also up too.

Workout was great. Strength was up, pumps were good. I've been sweating a lot more then usual and find myself drinking 2x the amount of water that I usually drink during my workouts. I think this may be due to the napalm.

Haven't had any headaches since yesterday afternoon, hopefully it stays that way. I notice already that i am leaning out a bit more. The next 3 weeks should be interesting. I have a feeling the 11oxo and naplam with clen are going to have a very nice leaning out effect.
 
Friday was a great workout. the pumps i got in the gym seemed to be better then the pumps i was getting off the tbol. I feel pretty good overall and don't have much aggression towards anyone. Haven't had any flare ups of acne either. I seem to be getting a little stronger also. Still leaning out slowly abs are more visible, and the striations in my shoulders are very noticeable.

So far so good, my balls actually seem a bit bigger also and hang lower. This seems like PCT and recovery is going to be a breeze.
speaking of recovery my body is recovering extremly fast. I'm sore for 1 day then I'm fine. Not sure if this is the 11oxo or possibly the cissus. Joints feel a lot better too since i started the cissus, glucosamine, and MSM.
 
Monday: Back, Bi's, Abs

workout went well. Did about 16 sets for back, 7 sets bi's, 5 sets abs. was out of the gym within an hr. I didn't do any cardio. Felt strong in the gym and was sweating a lot.

I must say the vasculaity you get from 11oxo is ridiculous. You could see every single vein in my arm, it looked as if one of them was going to burst. I has a huge pump throughout my forearm also. I didn't feel as much of a pump as i usually do. I actually feel and look a little smaller. I think this may be due to the napalm/clen that I've been using. When ever i run clen my pumps aren't as good and I don't look as full as I usually do but i do burn off some fat. Today will be my last day using the naplam/clen combo and i will switch back to just napalm.

So far my report on 11oxo is Good strength, insane vasularity, and definitely leaning out. The sides so far have been headaches, but they have gone away. That's really it no acne or anything.
 
Tuesday: Chest, tri's, calves. I also threw in 3 sets leg lifts and 3 sets leg curls. I wanted to squat but all the racks were taken.

Workout was great. Tons of energy, Lifts felt easy, Nice pump and muscle hardness. I had a lot better pump this time around. I don't know why, I ate the same things that I ate the day before.

so far so good. Abs are more visible. Like I stated earlier in this thread it is extremly hard for my abs to pop my BF% has to be really low to see them. I do all ab work weighted but it is still hard for my abs to show. I hope by the end of this cycle they will be visible all the time.

today is an off day for me.

Workout went very well. Strength seems to be increasing still. I haven't upped the weight i have just gotten more reps and i really take my time with each repetition. I make sure my form is perfect on every rep. Pumps were great I was also looking very vascular.

Dis 12 sets or shoulders and back. I did 5 sets of behind the neck pull ups for 10 reps each set with no problem. My muscles feel nice and sore today. Traps I tried something new usually I do shrugs with 225-275. Yesterday i used just 135lbs and did 15 reps for 4 sets. My traps feel really sore today so I might stick with this routine for a month then switch to heavy shrugs again.

So far I'm loving the 11oxo. I am really surprised at the lack of sides from this stuff. I though at 9 caps ed i was going to run into problems but so far so good. Libido is also up.

Workout went well. Had a lot of energy. Legs were sore all weekend. Pumps took a little while to kick in but once I had a nice pump it lasted a good while. Strength still seems to be slowly increasing. I increase the weight just a little bit but made sure each rep had perfect form.

Appetite is up. Still no signs of any sides. I haven't had my blood pressure checked or my cholesterol, but as far as visible sides go i don't see any. Face is actually very clear. I thought I might break out a little bit but nothing. I did on tbol every time i upped the dose but maybe since i started out with 9 caps and i'm remaining there my body is used to the compound.

This week I will be doing another 3 day split. I"m going to lake George on Friday-Sunday so i want to make sure i get a full week of workouts in. So Monday will be upper, Tuesday lower and shoulders, Thursday upper again.

had a crazy pump the entire workout. Ran for 20 minutes. I seriously love this 11oxo. Strength is steadily increasing each workout not by a lot but noticeable. Again I can't stress the lack of sides that i have. My face is extremly clear. I normally don't have acne but when i take any PH's or AAS i tend to break out a little bit. I usually just take 10mg of accutane for a few days and that clears me up. with the 11oxo theres no need to take anything it seems to have improved my skin.

Libido is also up.
 
Tuesday: Legs shoulders

Workout was good. strength was good and had a nice pump nothing crazy to report though. mood is good and sleep has been descent also.
 
Yesterday was back, bi's, abs

Workout was good as usual, a lot of sweating and strength was good. I didn't eat so great the entire weekend due to camping out in lake george. I tried to get in about 165grams of protein each day though. I had a lot of ice cream...mmmmmmm. Surprisingly I seemed to leaned out a little bit more. I looked defined yesterday but I didn't look full. I seem to need at least 175 grams of carbs each day for my muscles to remain full. My top 4 abs are very visible but the bottom 2 cannot be seen. hopefully by the end of the summer they will show. My waist has definitely dropped down also. I need to measure it, I would say I am at 30". So I dropped about an inch during this cycle.

When i was 18 my waist was 29" i was 5' 10" and I weighed 117lbs and I still did not have abs. Hopefully since i've been doing weighted abs my bottom 2 abs will start to show once I run another 3 weeks of napalm starting next week.

I had gotten to 177lbs at about 15%bf and now I'm at 165lbs about 8%bf. That's over the course of 4 1/2 years.

Had a great workout. Pump took a little while to kick in but once it was there it stayed for awhile. I felt strong and was really able to focuse on every rep and had perfect form the entire time. I've been doing more free weights to get my stabilizer muscles up to par, i didn't have any trouble stabilizing the weight. I've been doing a lot of dips lately which i never used to do because it would give me a very sharp pain down the center of my chest. I can do them now without this happening and my triceps get a great pump and are very sore the next day.

I've decided to add Transdermal 6oxo into my pct.

day 1-2 tormifene 120mg then 90mg
week2 60mg
week3 30mg
week4-30mg

Other supps I will be taking will be CEE, orange triad, pslin

I don't see me having any problems keeping any of my gains, I actually plan on making a little bit of gains during pct and hopefully keep the muscle hardness and definition that I have worked very hard to have.

Friday was the end of my cycle. I am very pleased with the results. I only gained 5lbs but my body recomped very nicely and I would say I lost about 4-5 lbs of fat. So i may have actually gained 9lbs of muscle.

I experienced very few sides while I was on tbol. Acne was mild but to get rid of it i took 10mg of accutane for 5 days 2 seperate times while on cycle. Cleared me up in no time. Libido was up the whole way though i believe proviron may have played a big part in this and my balls only shrank slightly. I'd say aggresion was slightly up at times but it wasn't bad at all. PUmps were also insane my gym shirts barely fit when i was in the gym. I went up to 70mgs, I didn't feel much of a difference between 50mgs and 70mgs next time i run this i will stay at 50mgs The sides were low and at that dose it did what i was hoping it would do.

The 11oxo was a great run also. The headaches were annoying though. Some days i would be fine other days they were pretty bad. The leaning out effects were great and i could feel a little bit of strength increase each week through the 4 weeks i was on. The pumps weren't crazy but my vascularity was my veins were popping out of my skin all the time. The leaning out effects are great on this stuff I definitely want to try this in a trasdermal the next time i run something. The only sides i had were headaches.

I'm now 4 days into my PCT and i"m loving it. I'm running Transdermal 6oxo along with Pslin and the pumps and muscle hardness are great so far. You can literally feel the 6oxo working the first day you use it. YOu feel a rush and just feel good. I really didn't expect too much but i added 10lbs on each lift my 3rd day on. This is not placebo. Hopefully this keeps up. I'm also running tormifene at 120 for the first 2 days then 90, 60, 30, 30.
I feel great so far on PCT and I hope it stays this way. I will be getting blood work done at the end of my PCT to see where all my levels are at. Then a month or so later I may get more blood work done if anything is out of wack the first time around or if i feel things are different.

I changed my diet to a 40,40,20 diet for at least the next month due to the Pslin I added in. I had to up my carbs a bit because of the pslin so hopefully I remain lean and i do not pack on any fat, that is my biggest worry when coming off of a cycle. I am also taking orange triad for multi vitamin and joint support use.

I Have some napalm spiked with clen and some regular napalm that I will start using again in about a week to help keep me lean.

I will update this log about once a week maybe twice to let anyone who cares know how my PCT is going. AT the end the blood work will also be posted.
 
ok I'm on day 11 of my PCT. The first week was a little rough i was very tired and didn't have much energy. Now i feel great. Strength is still there. I don't have the muscle fullness that i had while i was on but my size is still there and my muscles are still dense.

I added fish oil into my supplements and i must say i wish i would have started taking this years ago. My mood is great and my anxiety has decreased. This will definitely be a staple for me.

Muscles are very sore today. I think i'm going to switch up my routine back to hitting every body part once per week for recovery reasons and so my CNS doesn't burn out.

This is how my PCT is going to be:

week 1 torm 120mg day 1 and 2 90mgs rest of week,
week 2 torm 60mg
week 3 torm 60mg
week 4 torm 30mg, 150mg transdermal 6oxo
week 5 150mg transdermal 6oxo
week 6 150mg transdermal 6oxo
 
Recovery is going well. I was sick last week and only hit the gym for 3 days, and the workouts weren't that great but i feel good today so hopefully i can make up for what i lost out on last week. This is the start of my 3rd week on pct and the dosage will remain at 60mg until sunday where i will drop it to 30mg. I think i'm going to get my blood work done next Wednesday in the morning. I'm really hoping my test levels are going to be back in the 600 range. I think I may also run clomid at 12.5 mg ED when i finish the torm along with the 6oxo until the 10th of September. I leave for florida for a week so i figured it might not be a bad idea to run a low dose of clomid for extra precaution.
 
ok i'm in my last week of recovery starting on Sunday. Yesterday i got blood work done at the 3 and 1/2 week mark and i have some of the results back.

Test level 576.65 (range 241-827)
HDL 55 (range 29-71)
LDL 71 (range 0-130)
Total Cholesterol 149 (range 140-200)

I'm still waiting for MY FSH and LH levels to be processed. I asked for my total free test also but I don't know if they did it. I went to the VA and if your a verteran u know how well that goes. I'll post the other results once they come in.
 
FSH 3.63 (range 1-12)
LH 10.02 (range 2-12)
TSH What is this? 6.82 (range .35-5.5) so this is a little high
free t-4 1.24 ( .89-1.76)
t3 .86 (.6-1.81)

I guess they didn't test my free test. I'm going to give them a call and see if there is a possibility that that test can be run with the blood that i gave them. If there are anything else you guys want me to post let me know i have a bunch of other lab results but I'm not too sure what all of them are.

Are you concerned that yours test levels might drop some once your off the pct supps ?

Thanks for the info. No i'm not really concerned. i will probably get blood tests taken again in october just to see how everything is going.
 
Everything went great, just took a few weeks off and I'm ready to hit the gym again. I never took before pics just after. There's no point in posting the after pics because i have nothing to compare them to before i started the cycle. I'm running another log currently of a stack of prime/sustain/anabolic edge/divanax so check it out.
