TB500 and BPC157

Just looking for some feedback on the two peptides TB 500 and BPC 157.

Been doing some research and seems these are the best combo for injuries. I'm dealing with a years long tendon issue.

Anyway, for those who have tried:
-How do you like? See any results?
-Pin 2x/day?
-How long did you run it before stopping?

Thanks.

I'm running bpc for bicep tendon issue and rotator cuff. I'm on my second week and so far so good. Bicep tendon feels better already. Running 500mcg daily. 2 pins

I'm interested in these peptides too. I had rotator cuff surgery Sept 26th. I've been thinking of trying this to see how quickly I could recover.

I'm currently running ATM, had shoulder surgery 2 weeks ago for a baseball injury. I'm doing TB 500 2mg/every other day, BPC157 250mcg 2x day, and mk677@25mg/day.

Feeling good, doc was surprised at the range of motion that I had and did if my reports continue like this I will be out of a brace sooner than planned.

Bpc 2xday. from what I've read, bpc has shorter half-life. Bpc also needs to be pinned as close to the injury site as possible. The TB you could pin everyday at lower dose, but don't need to. Most logs people do 2x week. TB is systematic, so you could even pin subq in your stomach. I do it IM deltoid, as I'd rather be safe then sorry, im kind of skeptical on the systematic part.

6 weeks is usually one cycle of BPC, and if you feel 6 isn't enough do another 6. Also depends on injury. TB however, is usually used longer. A 6 week loading phase (say 5mg weekx6 weeks) then your normal phase (5mg a month). I have however read of a guy who would do 10mg/week for loading then 5mg/week for regular. He had used it many times and felt the lower dose wasn't enough.

Thanks man. That's some great info. Just a couple more things...

-TB you go through a vial a week basically. That would get pretty expensive.
-Do you mix the BPC with 3ml bac water? So a 5mg vial should last 10 days (if my conversion is correct).
-Do you store in the fridge (like HCG) or at room temp?

I’ve have used both of these Peptides several times. For tendon and ligament injuries I go with BPC-157. For muscle tears and bone healing I would go with TB-500. I just recently had a very nasty case of Tennis/Golfers elbow that was so bad I could barely grip a pen for several days. I injected 250 mcg of BPC into the inside and outside of the elbow twice daily. Pain began to lessen after 3 days. And as always, like clockwork, all pain and weakness disappeared completely by day 7.

Thanks man. My issue is solely tendon related on both my right knee and elbow. The TB is super expensive though so you think using only BPC would be ok? Also, how many weeks did you use before stopping?

I would use BPC-157 solo first. TB-500 only ever really benefited me when I had a nasty quadriceps tear. For things like elbow pain, a week is generally all I’ve ever needed but I continue for 10-14 days total. Knees could take a bit longer depending on how bad the issue is and whether you continue training. There’s nothing in any literature I’ve seen stating a hard and fast rule of how low BPC can or should be run. In most cases 2-4 weeks is going to be plenty.

Would BPC be more beneficial for a rotator cuff tear? Had surgery on it 3.5 months ago.

Yeah that's the problem. TB is waaaay too expensive for what it is...and at what it needs to be run at, it's second place to GH in terms of price. And then sourcing it is a whole other migraine itself.

Still paying attention to the thread because I have some questions about mixing/dosing

I just got a 10mg vial for my tendonitis elbow. I was able to get 3ml of BAC water into the jar. So .75ml (just below the first line) on the syringe would equal 250mcg or 40 doses. Man I'm gonna blow through some pins lol!

And you’re going to love the results!
