Taurine Dosing?

I'm checking out the pages bulk Taurine powders, and there seems to be a discrepancy in the mass/teaspoon. The 1 kilo page says 1stp is ~2.2g, however the 100g and 500g pages state 1tsp is ~3.5g. So which is it? Thanks
