Tapering/overlapping AI and SERM

For pct, if I'm already on letro and I have a week until pct should I start tapering the letro before I start pct or overlap it with my Nolva?
 
SARM but I'm genetically blessed with a high susceptibility of gyno and was getting puffy nips on 2 weeks in
 
Start to taper your letro now. No problem to start your nolva 2 days before you finish your letro IMO so it is in your body in case of rebound.

Nolva has been shown to reduce the effectiveness of letro if taken together.
