I've read the faq & other posts regarding taking clen; pyramiding up then back down again. I understand starting low to determine tolerance, but why go back down. Is there a reason to not just stop? Maybe similar to the poop thoery - so the receptors don't snap shut.
You do not need to taper all the way down. Tapering down for 3 or 4 days is sufficient jusat makes it a little more tolerable for some. Example: Day 14: 160mcg, day15: 120mcg, day16: 100mcg , day 17: 80mcg, done.
I don't taper down. I think some recommend it to reduce the possible "crash" you could get from going from a high dose to zip. I don't crash hard afterwards, I use ECA or at least caffeine to help me through the few days immediately after a cycle. No problems at all for me.
