Tapered off letro. Need help

Just finishing up tapering off the letro ON cycle. I got rid of the hard ball but my nipple still sags slightly. I dont understand why. Now that i am about to drop the letro should i start an ai with nolvadex?

Lmao good luck with getting rid of the sag. Go under the knife or learn real fast to deal with it because there is no medical managment to correct that if its not puffyness. Dostinex is your last option.
