How do fitness competitors (females) and bb'ers stay tan year round?

With all the negative news about tanning beds and the PITA crap and unevenness associated with spray tans makes me wonder how they stay tan.

I figured that's what most do but spray tans don't look nearly as good as real tans. And they only last a few days

NoAddedHmones; hahaha OMG, thats what happens when people go cheapskate and try to apply it themselves. streaky as hell and patchy in all the wrong places!

Yea they don't last too long, the trick is to time it with a special event like a date, beach day, photoshoots etc.

So jelly of those who tan within minutes of stepping into the sun..

Tanning salons are being banned in Aus cos its so dangerous lol.

Do you all spray tan?

I tried it once and hated it. Lol. The spray tan process is one thing but feeling like a wet rag for 6 hours w/o being able to shower is AWFUL
