Tank Running OL/OL UK Andros and Stuff (unsponsored)

I started with it but dropped it after a few....felt any effects would be overshadowed by the real stuff....

I was wondering if that might be the case. Since I've never ran a laxo product before, I'll probably just wait until sometime in the future and run it solo to gauge the effects
 
Day 47
Weighed in today at slightly over 240lbs. That means I lost about 2lbs this week. I'm not complaining - I got stronger; I look and feel better, and I got my cheat meal coming up.
Closing in on the end of 7 weeks. Need to finish up the 8th week with my diet on track and slamming weights in the gym. So no holiday stuffing my face this year. And I feel great about it!
Coming up on three years since I started cutting weight 1/1/14....so I feel very blessed that my weight and health are still heading in the right direction.

7 Keto is supposedly used for cortisol control, fat loss, improving metabolism as well as a few other things. I don't believe 7 keto is suppressive

I know 7 keto. It is a natural form of DHEA. It is best used for assisting in weight loss.

I would up the epi sooner like
500/500/750/1000 --->
The strength increase hit at 750 but went off the charts at 1000.
My buddy asked me how do I know it wasn't just the 1Andro kicking in? I don't for sure but there's no denying the feeling when upping the epi.
 
Week 8 - day 1
Winding down? No way! Diet is super tight and slammed some serious weight for 10x10 on every exercise!

Hammer shoulder press
Hammer decline
Hammer incline
PecDec
All 10x10
Then 3x15 pushups for fun

Still on 3 shakes and 2 meals of beef and eggs.

Tomorrow is traps and upper back - gonna try to push the limits....

Do you do meal prep? Thing I love about my chicken / jalapeños and rice is I can make a week's worth all at once. Not sure how that would work with eggs.

I usually make 2-3 days beef in advance. Then before I eat I scramble in some eggs, heat and eat. Not very creative, but it's working....
 
Are you sticking with steak, or do you think 95% lean ground beef would work too

Steak maybe once a week.....been using all kinds of beef cuts and ground beef. Definitely not obsessing on the fat content - after all the fat is the energy and satiates on keto

2 pwo and the rest split throughout the day.
I also took each dose as recommended with some kind of fat....I used hemp, fish, and coconut oils.

You know what I'm gonna miss most? The freaky strength! I went all heavy today figuring I'll keep the reps at about 8.....I ended up repping out 15-20 reps on my "heavy" sets! Now if I could only run this another 4 weeks.....

No idea - my last cycle was sarms and the lgd made me freaky strong and I actually kept the muscle and some of the strength. If this works at least as well I'll be happy enough.

What I'm really worried about is the rebound weight gain I always get in pct. This time I think I'm gonna have my cheat day and then back on my on cycle diet....
 
You seem to know more than I do, but I just ran the same 4/1 as you and was wondering if the time on+pct equals time off applies to sarms or can you cycle a sarm sooner?

I dont know diddley! Everyone seems to have a different opinion when i did the research. I'd go for the safer opinion....i mean personally i might not, but i definitely recommend staying safe....

Arms all day! Really pushed my limits on weight and reps today. Feeling that I should take advantage while I still got that Andro feeling.....
I mean I did precher negatives with 135 lbs....that was painful!

So I repped out on db curls, bb curls, Hammer precherz, and rope cable curlz. Tons of negz and super slowz

Then I repped out on cable seated overhead extensions, close grip bar press machine, rope pull downs. I went at least 20lbs more than usual and at least 5 reps more....

I say again, I say - I'm gonna miss this....

Had a very solid delt and chest session today. Lifted serious weight for sets of 10- 15. I did one burnout set of strict militaries of 185 for 25 reps .....felt gooood!

So I did militaries, side and front db raises, and reverse pecDec for delts. Then chest press machine and pecDec for chest.

Got a serious pump going and vascularity is like never before.

Stupidly strained my hammy that was already strained, so I don't know if I'm doing legs tomorrow as scheduled. Either how I want to get one more workout in before monday when I start pct.

I started working on a diet plan for pct in order not to get my normal post cycle rebound. I'm thinking of staying in keto just adding in some veggies. Carefully.

185 for 25?! Sweet Christ. I thought my 155x4 doing the z-press was ok....haha still killing it. What is the mirror telling you?
 
Could you go extend it to 12 weeks (assuming you have enough product) of is that just too long for those compounds? Just asking cuz if everything is feeling so good and making great gains why not keep it going? And I am planning on doing the same in a month or so

Good choice brother! Us seasoned guys have to cycle our workouts as well!
 
I've been going full ballz to the wall 5 days a week - happily pushing my limits. So need to take at least a few weeks of not AS insane stuff....

I know bro you have been killing it. Make sure you take at a min. 4 days off and let yourself rebuild. 7-9 would be better. Just throw in a little cardio.

No problem. I've just been doin what I gotta do....very happy with this stack - I feel that once I tweaked it it came through for me....

I do about 20-30 minutes very light cardio every morning - and that it'll be it for a few days. But I gotta keep an eye out for the pct fat rebound which will definitely happen if I don't head back to the gym soon enough...but I am gonna go much lighter for a while....

What's your supp lineup, goals for your next 8 weeks?

Next workout is 75% 15 rep max (which I am really looking forward to), Sup3r 1, Sup3r Epi, Sup3r DHEA (and maybe Sup3r 19) cycle. Supps will be limited to fish oil and stim free preworkouts (at least until I see if there is any impact on my bp). Goal is recomp and strength gain!!!!
