So i started a journal up a few days ago on another site but its pretty much a ghost town so i decided to come here in hope for a little feedback. I'll go ahead and post my routine and my last workout to have something to start with here.
The routine

Sun Back, Light Bis
Just switched it to this recently. Im just now getting back into the swing of things. I'm in the military so the past few months have been a pain in the ass as far as the gym goes due to training and work schedule. but now im back on track and ready to do the damn thing.
I'll be throwing up some stats soon and some "before" pics for the start of my journal to track progress.
here is yesterdays workout:

Overall the workout was pretty good. I'll be honest after doing those deadlifts it took me a bit to gain back my wind so my other lifts werent as heavy as i wouldve liked. but i am slowly jumping back into the mix of things and i expect to be a full go sometime next week.
I got shoulders tomorrow. Most def looking forward to that.
