Tamoxifen/Sustain Alpha PCT

I have planned on taking liquid tamoxifen 20mg/ml along with Primordial Performance's Sustain Alpha for my PCT and I was wondering if I should start both my first day off my cycle or introduce one then add the other one later also what would be a good dosing for the tamoxifen?

Start them both right away. The nolva will be fine at 20/20/10/10.
