Tamoxifen Citrate

All right maybe I'm an idiot but I can't figure this out and I've read searched.I am going to do a 2 week cycle of Meth 1 followed by 2 weeks of Tamoxifen Citrate oral by Lion nutrtion I ordered these products together from Legal Gear. What dose do I use on a daily basis Of Tamoxifen since it comes in a spray do I spray under the tongue or place it in water or anything else.

I believe it's under the tongue, wouldn't hurt..

5 squirts= .5ml or 1/2ml.. so if it were 20mg per ml, it would be 10mg per 5 squirts..
