Tamoxifen citrate dosage?

I have 10mg tabs. 40/40/20/20. My ? Is do I take all 40mg at once and is there a better time of day to take it?

Just take it before bed, what did you run for gear or a ph? You might not need 40mgs.

Thanks for helping me out. I am running epidrol by hardcore formulations. 30/30/40/40/30/30mg. Monday starts my 4th week. I read 40mg is a good dose for epi, do you agree?
