Taking sups overseas into Hong Kong

I'm taking a trip to Hong Kong this week and want to carry some sups along with me.. especially ones that I capped, I'm not going to carry a huge amount but am curious if anyone tried taking supps into an asian country.

Cheers,

Not sure on international travel man, but every time I pack some fiber or something with me, I always get stopped and searched at check-in. Not a big hassle or anything, just inconvenient. If you check your bag, I'd say you'd be good to go. Just not as a carry on. I've traveled plenty of times with bottles of supps in my luggage with no problems as long as it was checked in.

I'm planning to check in my luggage and not carry on... I can see being asked about it during checking in then turning into a big hassle
So I'll stash it in my clothes hoping they dont get interfered with :)

Sounds like a good plan to me. If anything, take the bare minimum with you, that way it helps avoid detection and if they pull it your not out that much ;).

Ive bought with me 1,000+ capsules, 20 lbs of protein along with a couple other small tubs of powdered products in 2 check in brief cases the last time I went in a single trip.

The only issue is that its illegal to bring in milk products to China, and you have to fill out a quarantine declaration form during the flight, but they never checked and Ive gone 5 times since 2005. I bring soy protein of course :)
