Taking supplements on holiday

I take it there’s no problems with this as long as they aren’t banned?

Looking on taking something like Defuse on holiday with me from UK to Spain.

Not sure if I’m being bit paranoid.

Your being paranoid. My bag got searched, lady pulled out Ignit3 & Assass1nate and could care less about them.

As long as they're packed in your luggage you should be ok. I've never had issues traveling with supplements

Traveled a lot with supps. Just make sure if going out of the country, that you check the legality of what your bringing with you. That could be your only issue.

You should be fine. I just put them in my luggage and not carry on and I've never had a problem.
