Taking pins and gear away

Has anyone taken there gear ie one bottle and few pins away with them on holiday as there in mid course I’m off to Thailand and while I’m away I will miss two pins so taking the gear with me dose anyone or has anyone done this ?

Do not take it on a plane, orals are fine but not with injectables. You can buy gear everywhere in Thailand so just pick up some there
