Taking Oxy Elite Pro

I recently purchased a bottle of OEP and was just wondering if I could break the capsules and pour the powered into a glass of water and just drink it instead of just swallowing the pills.

I cannot take pills unless they are ground up into a powder. Any thoughts would be helpfull.

yeah i've done this

just look out for a bitter/tingly taste and it hitting harder than when taking the caps
 
What do you mean by hitting harder? Do you mean the time it takes before you feel the effects?

we had a guy who was doing a demo for HOT ROX Extreme, and he would break the caps open and rub the liquid into his skin. LOOKOUT He was amped up buddy!!

bitter is right lol

and Zimmer, you also (not like it takes a long time at all) don't have to wait for the capsule to be broken down. All reasons as to why it will hit quicker!
