Taking L-Theanine with Ephedrine + Caffeine together in the morning?

Hey guys, my second post, don’t hate haha, I just keep discovering something new!

Wanted to know your opinion on L-theanine. I always took caffeine pills (200mg every morning). Starting my cut so I’m also playing around with Ephedrine(Bronkaid 25mg x3 daily).

I was wondering if anyone had any experience adding L-Theanine into the mix. Does it help with jitters? Should I combine them (I.e. when I take my caffeine in the morning also take L-Theanine capsule with it)? And what’s the ideal ratio? 1:2 caffeine to L-Theanine, meaning for my 200mg caffeine pill I should take 400mg of L-Theanine?

I want to avoid jitters but I also don’t want it to counteract the caffeine effect and just get me sleepy. Thanks for any input!

Yeah I just did that to the other two. Hope it’s not a huge deal.

Thanks man. Any input on L-Theanine tho? Idk how familiar you are with it from personal experience

2 to 1 as in 400mg theanine to 200mg caffeine for instance? How would you say you feel compared to not have taken theanine? Just curious cause I’m gonna start taking it too

Correct on the ratio. I don’t tolerate stims well. I tend to get anxiety and that wired feeling when I don’t take l theanine. With l theanine +caffeine I have the energy without jitters or anxiety.

So assuming you take like caffeine pills or whatever, you take them together? And L-Theanine doesn’t, like, counteract the effects of caffeine at all? I’ll try it for myself but it sounds like a sweet deal then

400 l theanine is a lot and may make some to relaxed. Most people would go with 100-200mgs in a stim stack. I’m currently using tyrosine 1000mgs, 1000mgs alcar, 200mgs theanine, and a large coffee. Works great

Imo L-Theanine works great for what you are planning to use it for. As for the dosing or ratio, I think you have to just try and see. Theanine doesn't make me tired with any dose and don't feel it counteracting any stim's positive effects. With the Suntheanine I think 300 mg was a minimun effective dose for me, 450 mg was better (was 150 mg caps so couldn't try 200 or 250 mg). I usually just have some powder and scoop it up with a teaspoon. Amounts to anywhere from 500 mg to 1 500 mg like that, but doesn't make me tired and is cheap, so I just do it like that.
