Taking bulk 1-c

Okay, I was just wondering. What's the best way to take the dose of 1-c besides capping or parachuting? Anything to help it mix better in water?

u could try and just chase it with somthing but capping is best imho.

Mix it in water with some olive oil.

Thanks for the responses. I'll try to use olive oil next time 'round. Heh, I guess it's time I start looking into one of the capping kits on Nutra....
