Take SERM until next tren ace vials come in?

Guys I currently am about 7 days away from finishing a vial of tren ace . 50mg ED. Being dumb I didn't order enough. Is it okay to take one of my SERMs just until the additional tren gets to me which will be about a week. I'm confused as to whether once I pause taking an aas an start say clomid.. Does it have to completely end the cycle?

Or can I just go a week between vials with just maintaining diet and workouts and no SERM?

Thanks for any of your help. And it is tren by itself but I wanna focus on the lapse time between tren ace vials..
