take orals with or without food?

does taking orals (methylated ones included) enhance or inhibit absorbtion of the active in any way? or does it simply not matter.

i know that some supplements are meant to be taken along with fat in order to enter the lymphatic system for slower dispersion but does this pertain to oral ph's especially methylated ones (like superdrol).

how do YOU take your orals?

I sometimes take them with meals and sometimes I don't. I haven't noticed any difference otherwise. I take them whenever is more convienant for me in timing with my workouts, meals, and various other aspects of my life.
