I've read plenty of information about joint discomfort in the ending weeks of SD cycles. Maybe you need to look further than this one forum to get your information.

As for SD anyone who has used it has to agree that the compound makes your body very dry, and can cause lack of lubrication in the joints hence the purpose of this product which I'll quote right from the bottle.

" the combination of Glucosamine an Chondritin with Methylsulfonylmethane (MSM) for added joint health and support. This formula is specifically designed to help lubricate joints and promote joint health. MSM supplies the body with organic sulfer that directly contributes to the maintenance of joint cartilage"

I only have a masters in mechanical engineering, but I haven't seen to many doctors designing machines lately so I'm not rushing into a PH.D.

I am quite certain that the discomfort in my knees is the result of the SD. I have read much about it on other sites and feedback forums. If it's not then I'll deal with what it is later on. I get this same feeling in my knees when dieting down and my bodyfat gets down in the single digits. Oh and this same product does seem to help in those instances so I'm assuming it will work in this one also. I hope this clears up your misunderstanding of my situation, next time I need a doctor I'll look you up.

Yea right, daddy"O"

I was going to say something witty here but I won't.

Wow, Thanks Pioneer. I got it off a Celestial Seasonings tea bag a couple of years ago and just remembered it but I forgot the author.

HAH! You use CS tea too? I've got a box right here on my desk at work - Antioxidant ;)

What's your favorite flavor?

Grapefruit juice inhibits CYP3A4 and CYP1A2 hepatic enzymes of the cytochrome P450 system.

Both testosterone and estradiol are substrates of the CYP1A2 enzyme and hence one can expect decreased hepatic clearence of both these hormones while consuming grapefruit juice.

I can only assume that other testosterone derivatives are also metabolised through the same route as regular testosterone and that one could theoretically expect increased plasma concentrations of these test derivitives via decreased hepatic clearance.

Anecdotally I have read one post by somebody who tried this while using M1T and described the affect as comparable to increasing his dosage by 10 mgs (at least in terms of side effects).

While this sounds like an excellent way to save money and get more for less the risks are unknown and could be significant. Essentially by inhibiting hepatic enzymes you are impairing liver function in order to decrease hepatic clearance.

By the same token a person suffering from chirrosis of the liver would also experience decreased hepatic clearance and increased plasma concentrations of these drugs. But you don't see people trying to slay their liver to save a couple of bucks on gear.

I personally wouldn't risk the matter to save a couple of bucks and would discourage anybody else from trying it until some selfless (reckless?) individual tries it with blood work to validate their liver enzymes are in check.

P.S. If you do try this ensure you aren't taking any antidepressants because SSRIs and tricyclic antidepressants are also substrates of CYP1A2 and may possibly result in peak plasma concentrations reaching toxic levels.

If one plans to use a certain dose of gear for desired effect, do you want to probably increase and possibly decrease that dose by a unknown amount? More is often NOT better. It throws a highly unknown effect into a planned cycle.

Maybe going up on the steroid bloodlevels is good, is it for everything else you are taking at the same time?. CP450 inhibition affects a very broad range of substances, good, bad, and who knows how?

I can also possibly increase renal stress by affecting electrolytes, at a time when it's probably already taxed from the juice.

Sort of off the wall but, would grapefruit juice enhance the effect of MDMA. Or is it a long term thing that has to be used constantly over time to start seeing the effects?

i drank some type of ruby red grapefruit juice the other day by minute maid. that stuff had my stomach cramping up like mad. and i dunno why. im not taking any supplements ecxept proteon and not prescriptions. i k now it has a low PH but damn..

I don't condone recreational drug use but pharmacologically speaking an antacid would enhance bioavailability of MDMA.
