Take Methylated Oral Steroids with food???

I am on Ergomax LMG and the bottles says to take it with food. I usually take my first dose when I wake, before eating. Do they just put that for people with weak stomachs or does it effect absorption to take it with food?
 
Matt.. I have to tell you that you are not reading the rules.. you are under 18 and this is a warning.. continue and you will be banned..

Also on a side note, you are playing with fire taking gear before you are 21..
