Tail bone injury (bruise?)

Been three days since I could walk normal. Pain standing, walking, and sitting.

The pain at times become so unbearable, sharp pains from the lower back & tail bone region.

Weirdest thing is I did not do anything, that may have caused this.

What gives, should I continue to ice? Or should I buy one of those round cushions?

By lower back do you mean like in the spinal cord, or muscles? So much you can do involving that thing and nerves. As simple as a wrong twist in the wrong position grabbing a piece of paper off the floor can cause an issue.... completely random and rare, but hey my dad had his life ruined from a simply twist that has since killed him 3 times...

If it persists its worth having the doc check it out. And thanks about my dad. Been 13 years of him in hardships, but he has beaten it by Gods grace.
